We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Best aspects include a clean and well-maintained spa, convenient shuttle service, friendly staff, and delicious food. The spa was a highlight of our stay, with clean facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. The shuttle service was a great perk, making transportation to and from the train station hassle-free. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, and the food was consistently delicious throughout our stay.
Nothing, all excellent. We had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

Friendly Staff and Convenient Parking During our city trip, we enjoyed the friendliness of the staff at this hotel. We found the parking to be conveniently located, making it easy for us to come and go as we pleased. the hot spring was a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.
We had to request extra futons, which did help with the situation but not completely.

The food was absolutely delicious! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay much more enjoyable. the location was perfect for my business trip, with convenient parking and easy access to nearby attractions.
The room was not very comfortable. The bedding was not great, and the room was incredibly hot with no screens on the windows which led to mosquito bites throughout the night.
